I am interested in providing information through a range of different mediums, in order to make my work as accessible as possible to people with a range of abilities and disabilities. This is an ongoing process and learning curve therefore if you have any recommendations I would love to hear from you.

If there are any particular issues you would like me to cover regarding physical, mental and emotional well-being please do not hesitate to contact me. I am available for freelance writing or speaking opportunities for a range of media outlets to encourage dialogue and education locally and globally. I am very passionate about doing what I can to raise awareness and help create a paradigm shift in the way chronic illnesses, mental health and disabilities are perceived and treated within society.
